Funding for LIHTC Major Rehabilitation Projects Webinar

Millions of dollars in funding are available for the installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems in existing affordable housing properties. Eligible major rehabilitation projects going through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) 4% and 9% programs can also apply for the Solar on Multifamily Affordable Housing (SOMAH) program for cash incentives and free comprehensive technical assistance, including to transition to all-electric buildings.
This webinar will discuss the process of combining SOMAH services with current and future LIHTC acquisition rehabilitation and rehabilitation projects.

- Solar solutions for operating cost and tenant bill savings
- Free upfront technical assistance and co-leveraging resources
- SOMAH and LIHTC program rules & timelines
